Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of post-high school education, office work, or customer services experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use basic office equipment including phone systems, copying machines, scanners/printers, and computers
  • Ability to handle sensitive agency and participant information confidentially
  • Reliable, pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of post-high school education or office work or customer service experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software

Job Duties

  • Serve as a receptionist and greet walk-in clients
  • Assist clients with completing Intake Assessment and Referral (IAR)
  • Provide information about agency programs and services
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs
  • Perform general office duties including data entry into Management Information System (MIS)
  • Assist clients at the kiosk
  • Use and maintain basic office equipment
