- proficiency with property management software including Yardi and Bluemoon

Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in luxury multifamily management or high-end hospitality leadership
- expert-level familiarity with Yardi, Payscan, Bluemoon, Gusto, and Elise AI
- exceptional poise and professional polish
- proven ability to cater to high-net-worth clientele
Job Duties
- Drive leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rent growth
- execute high-end tours and lease signings
- oversee lead management system for 100% follow-up and prospect care
- personalize resident journey through in-person renewal negotiations and conflict resolution
- provide leasing and community health reports
- lead and inspire onsite team including timesheet approval and daily huddles
- manage daily email workflow and task assignments using AI tools
- oversee property budget and maintain showroom condition of assets
- supervise daily checklists and incident reporting to mitigate risk
- handle internal and client-facing reporting
- manage vendor relationships and approve purchase orders
