Job Requirements
- Volunteer position with no monetary compensation
- Flexible availability to manage approximately 1-2 events per month, with more involvement during large-scale events
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with diverse groups of people
- Passionate about empowering entrepreneurs through AI
- Prior experience in community management or event coordination preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience organizing events or building communities
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated passion for AI and its real-world applications including LLMs, GenAI, robotics, autonomous systems, embodied AI, and hardware
- Proven ability to execute and manage projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to energize and engage community members
- Self-starter with high ownership and initiative
- Familiarity with event planning tools and community platforms preferred
Job Duties
- Design and lead monthly meetups that bring together founders, builders, developers, and researchers
- Curate compelling themes, speakers, and formats that deliver real, actionable value to entrepreneurs adopting AI
- Help shape flagship events such as the Physical AI Summit and the F50 Builders Series
- Energize and engage the community to create a sense of real belonging
- Manage logistics and coordinate event details to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align events with community needs and strategic goals
- Promote community participation and foster networking opportunities among attendees
