Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in senior living environment preferred
- proficiency in computer and audio/visual technology
- ability to create and edit content using design software
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred
- computer and technology skills required
- audio/visual content creation and publisher/canva user desired
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- must be detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- able to work flexible schedule to meet needs of resident activity calendar
Job Duties
- provides administrative and technical support to community life services team including content creation and editing data processing audio/visual technology functions and assistance with varied senior resident activities and educational programs
- assists with activity calendar monthly newsletter in-house function sheets event sign-ups group trips and outings
- assists with accounting forms purchases inventory and tracking of monthly budget
- coordinates information provided on in-house television channels and resident apps
- supports scheduling and logistics for resident events and educational activities
- maintains accurate records related to community life services
- collaborates with team members to promote resident engagement and satisfaction
