Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred
- Proficient in computer and technology skills
- Ability to use audio/visual technology and content creation tools such as Canva
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred

- Audio/visual, Content Creator and Publisher/Canva user desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work flexible schedule to meet needs of resident activity calendar
Job Duties
- Provides administrative and technical support to Community Life Services team, including but not limited to, content creation and editing, data processing, audio/visual technology functions, and assistance with varied senior resident activities and educational programs
- Assists with activity calendar, monthly newsletter, in-house function sheets, event sign-ups, group trips and outings
- Assists with accounting forms, purchases and inventory, and tracking of monthly budget
- Coordinates information provided on in-house television channels and resident apps
- Experience in senior living preferred
