Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred
  • Proficient in computer and technology skills
  • Ability to use audio/visual technology and content creation tools such as Canva
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in geriatric recreation or social administration preferred
  • Computer and technology skills required
  • Audio/visual, Content Creator and Publisher/Canva user desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to work flexible schedule to meet needs of resident activity calendar

Job Duties

  • Provides administrative and technical support to Community Life Services team, including but not limited to, content creation and editing, data processing, audio/visual technology functions, and assistance with varied senior resident activities and educational programs
  • Assists with activity calendar, monthly newsletter, in-house function sheets, event sign-ups, group trips and outings
  • Assists with accounting forms, purchases and inventory, and tracking of monthly budget
  • Coordinates information provided on in-house television channels and resident apps
  • Experience in senior living preferred
