Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of hospitality experience
  • Proficiency in local language and cultural comprehension
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with efficient task execution
  • Ability to foster ongoing relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of hospitality experience
  • Proficient in the local language with understanding of local culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail and efficient task management
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Job Duties

  • Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value
  • Anticipate and address member and guest needs proactively
  • Follow up with members who have submitted negative feedback to resolve issues
  • Conduct new member orientation and pre-move-in meetings
  • Host and promote social and value-driving events to build community
  • Perform morning building walkthroughs and escalate facilities issues
  • Conduct building tours for prospective members and support sales hand-offs
