- At least 2 years of hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and check on members regularly
- Anticipate member and guest needs using relevant information to personalize their experience
- Follow up in person with members who submit negative feedback through Medallia
- Follow the model for issue resolution using severity scale to ensure solutions meet member needs
- Review all Medallia responses to identify areas of improvement and implement proactive changes
- Support front desk coverage as needed to maintain consistent business hours presence
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings and complete new member orientation process
- Curate onboarding materials for new members
- Conduct move-out interviews to understand departing member experiences
- Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate events based on attendance and satisfaction
- Set up and host weekly social events and execute value-driving events
- Distribute event promotional materials including posters
- Ensure building operational requirements are met during events
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to address and escalate building issues
- Communicate policies and building updates to members
- Manage building atmosphere including music levels
- Coordinate with cleaning companies to maintain space standards
- Track, audit, and organize keys and keycard inventory
- Oversee community responsibilities for member companies in buildings without a Community Lead
- Review and understand Emergency Action Plans
- Create incident reports and respond to medical emergencies
- Conduct building tours for VIPs and prospective members
- Alert Growth Team contacts about member needs
- Hand-off prospective member sales
- Conduct tours sharing tailored benefits with potential members
