Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in local language with cultural understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking capability
- Detail-oriented with effective task management
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships

Job Duties
- Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to help them maximize the value of their WeWork membership while checking in on all members regularly to understand their ongoing experience
- Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience
- Follow up in person with all members who have submitted a bad rating or negative response in member experience systems
- Follow the model for issue resolution utilizing the severity scale to determine next steps and ensure solutions meet members needs
- Review all member feedback to understand areas of improvement and implement proactive changes
- Support front desk coverage schedule as needed ensuring consistent coverage during business hours
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings with new accounts to ensure successful move in
- Complete the New Member Orientation process for new accounts
- Curate new member on-boarding materials such as welcome notes and FAQ guides
- Conduct move out interviews to understand departing members overall experience
- Conduct building tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed
- Alert Growth Team when a member requests Growth related conversations
- Hand-off prospective member sales to appropriate contacts
- Conduct tours of the space for potential new members sharing benefits tailored to their needs
- Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate events based on attendance satisfaction and impact
- Set up and host weekly social events and execute Value-Driving events planned by Events team
- Distribute necessary info to promote events including creation and posting of event posters
- Ensure building operational requirements are met for each event
- Conduct morning walkthroughs to address building issues and escalate recurring problems
- Know and explain WeWork policies and communicate updates to members
- Manage energy in the building ensuring appropriate music levels and activations
- Liaise with third party cleaning companies to maintain standards
- Track audit and organize keys collected and distributed and manage keycard stock
- Oversee Community responsibilities for member companies in buildings without Community Leads
- Review and understand building management and Emergency Action Plans
- Create incident reports and respond appropriately to emergencies escalating medical emergencies and responding to leadership instructions
