Job Requirements

  • Proficient local language and understanding of local culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Job Duties

  • Complete scheduled quarterly conversations with owned accounts to help maximize WeWork membership value
  • Anticipate member and guest needs and personalize experiences
  • Follow up in person with members who have submitted negative feedback
  • Follow issue resolution models utilizing severity scales
  • Review all member feedback for improvements and implement changes
  • Support front desk coverage schedule as needed
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings and new member orientation
  • Curate onboarding materials for new members
  • Conduct move-out interviews to assess member experience
  • Provide feedback on programming and evaluate events
  • Host weekly social events and support value-driving events
  • Create and post event promotional materials
  • Ensure operational requirements are met for events
  • Conduct morning building walkthroughs and escalate issues
  • Communicate WeWork policies and building updates to members
  • Manage building ambiance including music and activations
  • Liaise with cleaning services to maintain space standards
  • Track and manage key and keycard inventory
  • Oversee community responsibilities in buildings without Community Leads
  • Review and understand Emergency Action Plans
  • Create incident reports and respond to emergencies
  • Conduct building tours for VIPs and prospective members
  • Alert Growth Team to member sales queries
  • Hand off prospective member sales and conduct sales tours
