Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality
  • Proficiency in local language and culture

Job Duties

  • Complete scheduled, quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value
  • Anticipate and address member and guest needs proactively
  • Follow up in person with members submitting negative feedback
  • Resolve issues using the severity scale ensuring full member satisfaction
  • Review feedback to identify improvement areas and implement changes
  • Support front desk coverage to ensure consistent presence
  • Conduct pre-move-in meetings and new member orientations
  • Curate onboarding materials for new members
  • Conduct move-out interviews to understand member experience
  • Provide feedback on event programming and evaluate event success
  • Host weekly social events and support value-driving events
  • Promote events including creating and posting posters
  • Ensure operational requirements for events are met
  • Conduct morning walkthroughs to identify and escalate issues
  • Communicate policies and building updates to members
  • Manage building energy and environment
  • Liaise with cleaning services to maintain standards
  • Track and manage keys and keycards inventory
  • Oversee community responsibilities in buildings without a Community team
  • Understand and implement emergency action plans
  • Create incident reports and respond to emergencies
  • Conduct building tours for potential and VIP members
  • Coordinate with sales team on member growth conversations and referrals
