Job Requirements

  • ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in event execution, hospitality, community engagement, or customer-facing roles
  • skilled at managing event logistics and leading staff
  • experience directing small teams and coordinating vendors during fast-paced events
  • confident in engaging new and existing customers, partners, and senior leaders
  • detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • independent and adaptable
  • skilled in mobile photography
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • comfortable with local travel up to 50 percent

Job Duties

  • Lead and deliver engaging in-store and external community events that boost brand visibility and drive foot traffic
  • coordinate setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor needs to ensure smooth, successful events
  • serve as main contact during events, answering questions and ensuring positive customer experience
  • manage distribution and tracking of promotional materials and coupons accurately
  • capture and help create engaging social media content in partnership with marketing team
  • work closely with leadership, store support teams, and People Operations to align event goals with business priorities
  • assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays during non-event periods
