Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years in event execution, hospitality, community engagement, or customer-facing roles
- skilled at managing event logistics and leading staff
- experience directing small teams and coordinating vendors during fast-paced events
- confident in engaging new and existing customers, partners, and senior leaders
- detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- independent and adaptable
- skilled in mobile photography
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable with local travel up to 50 percent
Job Duties
- Lead and deliver engaging in-store and external community events that boost brand visibility and drive foot traffic
- coordinate setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor needs to ensure smooth, successful events
- serve as main contact during events, answering questions and ensuring positive customer experience
- manage distribution and tracking of promotional materials and coupons accurately
- capture and help create engaging social media content in partnership with marketing team
- work closely with leadership, store support teams, and People Operations to align event goals with business priorities
- assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays during non-event periods
