Job Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the cultural landscape of Miami or Tampa neighborhoods and local organizations
- Comfortable leveraging AI writing tools and proficient in Google Workspace
- Exceptional writing skills adopting the Hank voice
- Genuine passion for building community for adults 55+
- Ability to work remotely and maintain high productivity
- Demonstrated involvement or knowledge of local community organizations or event management
- Availability during regular business hours and occasional in-person event support
- Required attendance at weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with manager
Job Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of local community organizations, volunteer work, or event management
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adopt a warm, inclusive, and energetic voice
- Deep familiarity with the cultural landscape of Miami or Tampa
- Proficiency with AI writing tools and Google Workspace including Excel
- Genuine passion for building community for older adults and understanding their social needs
- Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively
- Strong communication skills and community-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Research and identify high-quality local and virtual events specifically tailored to the 55+ demographic
- Use AI tools and Hank's platform to write engaging, SEO-friendly event descriptions and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Track event performance, RSVP trends, and sourcing pipelines using Google Sheets to ensure total market coverage
- Actively participate in event chat threads to welcome members, answer questions, and drive RSVP engagement
- Partner with the manager to analyze metrics and pivot sourcing strategies based on community engagement
- Maintain a pre-defined number of live events per market
- Support occasional in-person events when needed
