Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- minimum 2 years experience in related field
- credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field within 18 months of hire
- experience with low-income and diverse families preferred
- proficient use of computers and software including Microsoft Office and Adobe
- ability to supervise children actively
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social, human services, or health related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience working with children and families in early childhood, school, or healthcare settings
- experience with low-income and culturally diverse populations highly preferred
- demonstrated skills in family services, community collaboration, and partnership development
- strong oral and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Guide and implement program governance for Early Childhood Development programs
- develop and execute parent, family, and community engagement strategies
- collaborate with Content Area Coordinators, Specialists, and Family Services Staff
- promote school readiness and prepare children and families for success
- supervise children by sight and sound at all times
- maintain health and safety regulations in all learning environments
- facilitate health practices to ensure safety during transportation and activities
