Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or a related field
- At least two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
- Proficient in computer operations and software, including donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid Arkansas driver's license and proof of insurance required
- Must pass a background check and preemployment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
- Proficient in donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Commitment to nonprofit mission and values
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in social media tools and online fundraising software
Job Duties
- Manage cause marketing and third-party event partnerships including partner enrollment, contract securing, and campaign tool provision
- Collaborate with Foodbank departments to coordinate third-party events and cause marketing efforts
- Attend monthly Feeding America Cause Marketing Conference Calls and steward local partners
- Lead Feeding America Fight Hunger Spark Change campaign with Wal-Mart in collaboration with relevant departments
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level corporate donors and seek new partnerships with community groups and schools
- Represent the Foodbank through community speaking engagements to educate on hunger
- Coordinate community capital campaign activities like town halls and public forums
- Support fundraising events by assisting with guest outreach, donor relations, logistics, volunteer coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Serve as backup to Volunteer Coordinator including facilitating orientations and managing volunteer systems
- Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
- Attend required meetings, training, and conferences
- Utilize social media and online giving platforms effectively
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines consistently
