Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field
  • At least two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
  • Proficient in computer operations and software including donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Arkansas driver’s license and proof of insurance required
  • Must pass a background check and preemployment drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field
  • At least two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
  • Proficient in donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience in public speaking and community engagement
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and online giving software
  • Commitment to mission-driven work focused on hunger relief

Job Duties

  • Manage cause marketing and third-party event partnerships including partner engagement to meet income goals
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate third-party events and cause marketing efforts
  • Attend monthly Feeding America cause marketing calls and lead local campaigns such as Fight Hunger Spark Change
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-level corporate donors and seek funding from community organizations
  • Represent the Foodbank in community speaking engagements to educate on hunger issues
  • Coordinate community-focused capital campaign activities including town halls and public forums
  • Support fundraising event planning and execution including guest outreach and volunteer support
  • Serve as backup to Volunteer Coordinator when needed
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
  • Utilize social media and online giving platforms effectively
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
