Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field
- At least two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
- Proficient in computer operations and software including donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Must pass a background check and preemployment drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Work or related field
- At least two years of experience in Development, Communications, or Project Management
- Proficient in donor databases, crowdfunding platforms, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in public speaking and community engagement
- Knowledge of current social media trends and online giving software
- Commitment to mission-driven work focused on hunger relief
Job Duties
- Manage cause marketing and third-party event partnerships including partner engagement to meet income goals
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate third-party events and cause marketing efforts
- Attend monthly Feeding America cause marketing calls and lead local campaigns such as Fight Hunger Spark Change
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level corporate donors and seek funding from community organizations
- Represent the Foodbank in community speaking engagements to educate on hunger issues
- Coordinate community-focused capital campaign activities including town halls and public forums
- Support fundraising event planning and execution including guest outreach and volunteer support
- Serve as backup to Volunteer Coordinator when needed
- Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
- Utilize social media and online giving platforms effectively
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
