Job Requirements
- High school degree
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience
- Reliable daily transportation including early morning availability
- Experience providing customer service with relationship management
- Ability to multitask and delegate in evolving conditions
- Strong leadership to guide distributions calmly and decisively
- Commitment to equity and inclusion
- Adaptability in communication styles
- Flexibility with changing priorities and problem-solving

- Preferred experience with food distribution programs
- Technology proficiency including Microsoft 365

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate distribution sites within a portfolio including data collection and monthly reporting
- Strengthen relationships with site leads and community partners
- Identify prospective groups for partnership and volunteer recruitment
- Conduct client intake, data entry, and ensure confidentiality of records
- Oversee mobile pantry event execution including set up, safety, and traffic guidance
- Train and supervise volunteers, ensuring compliance with standards
- Collect and transmit data using company-issued technology and maintain training documents
