Job Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to serve
- History of excellent customer service experience
- Ability to lead a team with integrity
- Proven mentoring and development skills
- Minimum five years multifamily industry or hospitality experience
- Minimum two years team management experience
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or two-three years related training or equivalent
- CAM or IREM certification highly desirable
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree or two-three years of related training or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years in multifamily industry or hospitality leadership
- At least two years of experience managing and leading a team
- Proven ability to mentor, develop, and promote associates
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- CAM or IREM certification highly desirable
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, and develop team members
- Provide positive onboarding, training, and communication of community goals
- Conduct annual performance reviews and individual associate check-ins
- Lead by example and problem-solve community operational issues
- Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and regulations
- Practice and promote the 5% Distinction in customer service
- Approve lease decisions and resolve resident concerns
- Support resident retention efforts
- Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
- Conduct property inspections and maintain community condition
- Approve vendor contracts and oversee inventory management
- Lead marketing efforts and community outreach
- Communicate regularly with regional leaders and senior management
