Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to serve
  • History of excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to lead a team with integrity
  • Proven mentoring and development skills
  • Minimum five years multifamily industry or hospitality experience
  • Minimum two years team management experience
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or two-three years related training or equivalent
  • CAM or IREM certification highly desirable

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree or two-three years of related training or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years in multifamily industry or hospitality leadership
  • At least two years of experience managing and leading a team
  • Proven ability to mentor, develop, and promote associates
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • CAM or IREM certification highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, and develop team members
  • Provide positive onboarding, training, and communication of community goals
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and individual associate check-ins
  • Lead by example and problem-solve community operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and regulations
  • Practice and promote the 5% Distinction in customer service
  • Approve lease decisions and resolve resident concerns
  • Support resident retention efforts
  • Manage budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain community condition
  • Approve vendor contracts and oversee inventory management
  • Lead marketing efforts and community outreach
  • Communicate regularly with regional leaders and senior management
