Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally eligible to work in the United States at least one coordinator if serving as a team
  • Basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports at least one coordinator if serving as a team
  • Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation to complete duties
  • Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, carry up to 25 pounds at least one coordinator if serving as a team
  • Have availability to commit weekly hours to job responsibilities
  • Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Planning and hosting 2-4 events per month for residents
  • Providing a caring touch to residents and staff with community support
  • Inviting residents to share online about their experience
  • Developing monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
  • Managing event budgets and preparing monthly summaries
  • Meeting with staff and program directors for planning and development
  • Engaging volunteers, vendors, and community partners
  • Visiting new residents after move-in and residents near lease end to connect
