Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally eligible to work in the United States at least one coordinator if serving as a team
Basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports at least one coordinator if serving as a team
Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation to complete duties
Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, carry up to 25 pounds at least one coordinator if serving as a team
Have availability to commit weekly hours to job responsibilities
Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally eligible to work in the United States
Basic fluency in English for marketing and reports
Have a current driver’s license and liability insurance
Access to reliable transportation
Ability to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
Availability to commit weekly hours
Ability to make a minimum term service commitment

Job Duties

Planning and hosting 2-4 events per month for residents
Providing a caring touch to residents and staff with community support
Inviting residents to share online about their experience
Developing monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media posts
Managing event budgets and preparing monthly summaries
Meeting with staff and program directors for planning and development
Engaging volunteers, vendors, and community partners
Visiting new residents after move-in and residents near lease end to connect
