Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
legally eligible to work in the United States
basic fluency in English
current driver’s license and liability insurance
access to reliable transportation
physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
availability to commit weekly hours
ability to make minimum term commitment

Job Duties

Planning and hosting 2-4 events per month for residents in the apartment community
Providing a caring touch to residents and staff with the help of other residents and a network of community support
Inviting residents to share online about their positive community experiences
Administering monthly community programs including calendars, event flyers, social media posts, budget management, and monthly summaries
Engaging a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to enhance budget and impact
Visiting new residents shortly after move-in to invite them to connect
Visiting residents near the end of their lease term to maintain community connection
