Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- basic fluency in English
- current driver’s license and liability insurance
- access to reliable transportation
- physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
- availability to commit weekly hours
- ability to make minimum term commitment

Job Duties
- Planning and hosting 2-4 events per month for residents in the apartment community
- Providing a caring touch to residents and staff with the help of other residents and a network of community support
- Inviting residents to share online about their positive community experiences
- Administering monthly community programs including calendars, event flyers, social media posts, budget management, and monthly summaries
- Engaging a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to enhance budget and impact
- Visiting new residents shortly after move-in to invite them to connect
- Visiting residents near the end of their lease term to maintain community connection
