Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • legally eligible to work in the United States
  • basic fluency in English
  • current driver’s license and liability insurance
  • access to reliable transportation
  • physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 pounds
  • availability to commit weekly hours
  • ability to make minimum term commitment

Job Duties

  • Planning and hosting 2-4 events per month for residents in the apartment community
  • Providing a caring touch to residents and staff with the help of other residents and a network of community support
  • Inviting residents to share online about their positive community experiences
  • Administering monthly community programs including calendars, event flyers, social media posts, budget management, and monthly summaries
  • Engaging a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to enhance budget and impact
  • Visiting new residents shortly after move-in to invite them to connect
  • Visiting residents near the end of their lease term to maintain community connection
