MinistryHub is a platform that connects individuals and organizations with meaningful community service opportunities, facilitating impactful partnerships. Apartment Life is a community-focused apartment management organization that emphasizes building thriving neighborhoods within its apartment communities by fostering genuine relationships and creating engaging experiences for residents. Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports
- Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Be able to commit weekly hours to job responsibilities
- Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the community
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have basic fluency in English for marketing and reporting
- Possess a current driver’s license, liability insurance, and reliable transportation
- Be physically able to perform necessary tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with event planning or community coordination is preferred
- Ability to engage genuinely and empathetically with residents
Job Duties
- Plan and host 2-4 monthly events for residents
- Provide caring support to residents and staff with community assistance
- Invite residents to share positive experiences online
- Develop monthly calendars, event flyers, and social media marketing
- Manage event budgets and prepare monthly summaries
- Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners
- Visit new and departing residents to foster connection
