Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or psychology preferred
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with large and small groups in English
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to generate a friendly, trusting personality on first impression
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly

- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience

Job Duties
- Census management
- Manage accounts receivable along with follow up calls
- Coordinate the Grand Inn residents
- Coordinate the community center
- Act as liaison for Courts board and Providence Life Services
- Coordinate long term care application
- Manage office supplies
- Handle all incoming inquiries professionally
- Welcome prospects and guests to the sales office
- Provide back-up support for sales team
- Manage information relating to prospective residents and inquiries
- Coordinate logistics for sales and marketing events
- Prepare closing packets and schedule move-ins
- Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in details
- Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move-in
- Coordinate apartment customization requests
- Work with Physical Plant and Housekeeping Directors to complete apartments
