Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or psychology preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with large and small groups in English
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to generate a friendly, trusting personality on first impression
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or psychology preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present effectively in person, in writing and on the telephone
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the elderly
  • Experience in office management and customer relations

Job Duties

  • Census management
  • Manage accounts receivable along with follow up calls
  • Coordinate the Grand Inn residents
  • Coordinate the community center
  • Act as liaison for Courts board and Providence Life Services
  • Coordinate long term care application
  • Manage office supplies
  • Handle all incoming inquiries professionally
  • Welcome prospects and guests to the sales office
  • Provide back-up support for sales team
  • Manage information relating to prospective residents and inquiries
  • Coordinate logistics for sales and marketing events
  • Prepare closing packets and schedule move-ins
  • Meet with new residents to coordinate move-in details
  • Manage the occupancy process from receipt of deposit to move-in
  • Coordinate apartment customization requests
  • Work with Physical Plant and Housekeeping Directors to complete apartments
