Job Requirements
- Must be a member of Trinity Church
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions
- Ability to deal with problems efficiently and maintain good working relationships
- Possess professional phone manner
- Completion of patient advocate training
- Ongoing education in unplanned pregnancy, spiritual growth, and pregnancy clinic business relations
- Variable working hours with initial office hours for training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- College degree preferred
- 3-5 years related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in fundraising campaigns
- Experience in donor engagement
- Event planning experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to promote good public relations and communications
Job Duties
- Implement, manage, and update ministry and volunteer policies, procedures, and protocols under supervision of For Her Director
- Assist Director in developing and then implementing volunteer training, including determining training requirements, recruiting volunteers, helping to conduct group training, tracking volunteer hours, and entering volunteer participation in the church database
- Act as liaison between Growth track and Dream Team at Trinity Church and For Her
- Oversee all aspects of ministry and outreach programs including volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling
- Host 12 weekly evening meetings for Embrace Grace program/class, plan and organize baby shower and princess day for attendees, train co-leaders, order curriculum and organize class schedule
- Facilitate the Embrace Life Program to bridge the gap between life and church for clients
- Research, recruit, and manage volunteers for the Embrace Legacy male program
- Lead and organize annual reunions and gatherings for For Her patients
- Assist in organizing and managing the abortion recovery program, including training co-leaders and attending certified trainings
- Facilitate prenatal and parenting classes in conjunction with nursing staff, coordinate volunteer teachers, and maintain baby boutique
- Assist Director in developing and executing current and new events such as Baby Shower drives, Annual Baby Bottle Fundraiser at Trinity, White Rose Weekend and Gala, VIP events, community outreach, and TTU campus events
- Participate in spiritual growth activities such as Bible study, Life Groups, prayer, giving, and commitments to Beyond as a Trinity Church member
