Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours each week
  • must be available to work full shifts of at least 3 hours
  • availability for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • willingness to assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
  • ability to conduct prospect tours and follow-ups
  • capacity to plan and implement community marketing events
  • able to maintain brand standards
  • capability to assist with securing partnerships
  • ability to create and post marketing content on social media
  • willingness to perform on-call and round duties
  • capacity to represent the community at external events
  • compliance with Core Spaces policies
  • physical ability to perform duties including walking, standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, bending, and manual dexterity
  • ability to clearly see and operate in an office environment
  • must be able to drive to client locations as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • proficient in office products and both Windows and Apple operating systems
  • sound working knowledge of current role and technical systems associated with leasing operations
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and plan work activities

Job Duties

  • Work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by Community Manager
  • work a full shift with a minimum of 3 hours per shift
  • be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • complete all prospect tours of the community
  • conduct follow-up with assigned prospects
  • plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • post to social media as directed by Community Manager
  • create marketing materials using Canva
  • perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
  • complete special projects as assigned by Community Manager
  • ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
