Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- earned high school diploma or GED
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- willingness and ability to complete all mandatory YMCA training and certifications along with ongoing or additional training as assigned by the supervisor within established timeframe

Job Duties
- Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged
- answer phones and email inquiries
- actively manage customer transactions
- support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times
- anticipate individual's needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience
- maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
- ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
- conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers
- sell memberships
