Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching frequently
- Clear vision with or without correction
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Manual dexterity to handle items and tasks
- Ability to follow Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Commitment to uphold company values
- Availability for on-call and overnight duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings
- Demonstrated integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and feedback abilities
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate and support team objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media content creation
- Experience using design tools such as Canva
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts consisting of at least 3 hours per shift on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond regular hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
