Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at least 15 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to conduct property tours and follow up with prospects
- Capacity to create marketing materials using Canva
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Capability to maintain body equilibrium and manual dexterity
- Willingness to participate in property walks and outdoor events
- Compliance with Core Spaces policies
- Ability to drive to and from client locations
- Strong integrity and respect towards others and company principles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within organizational settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and provide feedback tactfully
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in social media management and content creation
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
