Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to effectively work in team settings and organizational groups
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity and respect
  • Availability to work on-site a minimum of 15 hours weekly
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to complete prospect tours and marketing initiatives
  • Capability to handle on-call and overnight shifts
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
  • Clear vision with or without correction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations
  • Manual dexterity to handle items and perform fine motor tasks
  • Ability to maintain balance and move safely on narrow or slippery surfaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings
  • Demonstrated integrity and respect toward others and company principles
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong active listening and feedback abilities
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
