Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to effectively work in team settings and organizational groups
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and respect
- Availability to work on-site a minimum of 15 hours weekly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to complete prospect tours and marketing initiatives
- Capability to handle on-call and overnight shifts
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
- Clear vision with or without correction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations
- Manual dexterity to handle items and perform fine motor tasks
- Ability to maintain balance and move safely on narrow or slippery surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings
- Demonstrated integrity and respect toward others and company principles
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong active listening and feedback abilities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
