Job Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium when walking or standing on narrow or slippery surfaces

Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts consisting of at least 3 hours on-site per shift
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Assist with move-outs, turnover, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Conduct all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up promptly with assigned prospects
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
