Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Ability to commit to shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to assist with move-ins, move-outs, and turnovers outside of regular hours
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to perform marketing and social media activities
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Physical ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, and stoop during shifts
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Must uphold Core Spaces’ policies and procedures strictly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within organizational settings or groups
- Strong communication skills including writing and speaking effectively
- Ability to listen actively, ask questions to clarify understanding, and provide feedback tactfully
- Experience prioritizing and planning work activities efficiently
- Ability to share key information and work collaboratively towards team objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva preferred
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
- High level of integrity and respect for company principles
- Ability to maintain professional, courteous interactions with prospects and residents
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours per shift on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
