Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Earned high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged
  • Answer phones and email inquiries
  • Actively manage customer transactions
  • Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times
  • Anticipate individual's needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed
  • Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers
