Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven ability to lead and contribute effectively in organizational settings
- Must demonstrate the utmost level of integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to maintain body equilibrium when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow or slippery surfaces
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach several times throughout a shift
- Must have clear vision with or without correction
- Must possess manual dexterity to handle items effectively
- Ability to drive to and from client locations as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate conventions
- Active listening skills with tact and consideration in providing feedback
- Efficient time management by prioritizing and planning work activities
- Collaborative team player who shares key information and supports departmental and organizational decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience creating marketing materials and managing social media is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site at the property
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Fulfill evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
