- Sharing key information with others involved in a project or effort working in harmony to accomplish objectives responding with enthusiasm to directives and showing support for departmental and organizational decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts consisting of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings weekends and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs turn and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan implement and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
