Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum availability to work 15 hours weekly
  • Ability to work full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive wrist and hand movements
  • Ability to see clearly with or without correction
  • Valid driver’s license to travel to client locations
  • Willingness to participate in property walks and outdoor events
  • Strong integrity and respect for company principles
  • Ability to follow brand standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to collaborate and support organizational decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience creating marketing materials using Canva
  • Previous experience in customer service or community relations preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
