Job Duties

  • ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
  • commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • be flexible to work additional hours including evenings weekends and overtime as needed
  • assist with move-outs turn and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • complete all prospect tours of the community
  • follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • plan implement and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • maintain lifestyle by core brand standards across the community
  • assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • post to social media as directed by the community manager
  • create marketing materials using canva
  • responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • complete special projects as assigned by the community manager
  • ensure compliance with all core spaces policies and procedures
  • ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
