Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required
  • At least one year of related experience preferred
  • Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to walk the property and handle packages and deliveries
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Patience and poise in challenging situations
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Take the helm of front desk operations and lead the team to uphold luxury living standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
  • Monitor foot traffic and manage front desk activities efficiently
  • Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
  • Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to facilitate move-in and move-out processes
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as handling packages, messages, and service requests with organization and attention to detail
