Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED) required
- At least one year of related experience preferred
- Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to walk the property and handle packages and deliveries
- Strong communication abilities
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain patient and professional under pressure
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments preferred
- Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Take the helm of front desk operations and lead the team to uphold luxury living standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors
- Monitor foot traffic and manage front desk activities efficiently
- Implement programs to enhance resident satisfaction and experience
- Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to facilitate move-in and move-out processes
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations
- Manage administrative tasks such as handling packages, messages, and service requests with organization and attention to detail
