Job Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to maintain equilibrium and perform physical motions such as bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Capability to work in an indoor office environment with occasional outdoor marketing events
  • Ability to drive as required to client locations

  • Experience creating marketing materials and handling social media content

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site at the property
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
