Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • earned high school diploma or GED
  • ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
  • strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • commitment to child abuse prevention policies and training

  • customer service experience preferred
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged
  • answer phones and email inquiries
  • actively manage customer transactions
  • support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times
  • anticipate individual’s needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed
  • ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers
  • sell memberships
