Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Proven leadership and teamwork ability in organizational settings
  • Strong integrity and respect for others and company values
  • Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly including flexible shifts with evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and maintaining balance
  • Ability to drive to client locations and participate in outdoor events
  • Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Good communication skills to engage with residents, prospects, and community members

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts consisting of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
