Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings weekends and overtime
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds bending stooping and reaching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to create marketing materials using Canva
  • Willingness to perform evening and/or overnight on-call duties
  • Respect for company culture and core values
  • Ability to engage effectively with residents prospects and community partners

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
  • Demonstrated integrity and respect towards others and company principles
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills using appropriate conventions

  • Experience prioritizing and planning work activities efficiently
  • Ability to share key information and work collaboratively to accomplish objectives

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts consisting of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings weekends and overtime
  • Assist with move-outs turn and move-ins extending beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan implement and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards
