  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to full shifts consisting of a minimum of 3 hours on-site per shift
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects promptly
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards throughout the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Maintain product presentation according to brand and company standards
