Job Requirements
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- Demonstrated high integrity and respect for others and company principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking

- Strong organizational skills with time management and prioritization
- Ability to collaborate and support team objectives enthusiastically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to maintain body balance on various surfaces
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to client locations
- Capability to handle manual dexterity tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site per shift
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Manage evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
- Complete special projects assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
