Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Capability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Ability to see clearly with or without corrected vision
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to client locations
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with fingers
- Ability to maintain body equilibrium to prevent falls when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow or slippery surfaces
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- Demonstrated integrity and respect towards others and company principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and tactful feedback abilities
- Time management skills with prioritization and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with social media content creation and marketing tools such as Canva
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
