Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work well in team settings and lead where needed
- Strong integrity and respect towards others and company policies
- Effective communication skills including writing and speaking
- Active listening and tactful feedback abilities
- Prioritization and planning skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Manual dexterity for handling items
- Clear vision with or without correction
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Willingness to work overnight on-call shifts as needed

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience creating marketing materials and managing social media content
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site per shift
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Conduct all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up promptly with assigned prospects
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Secure partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate and post content on social media as directed by the Community Manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored community events
- Assist with outbound marketing and leasing activities
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
