Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Willingness to commit to shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Capability to assist with move-ins and move-outs beyond regular hours
- Ability to conduct community tours and follow-ups
- Competence in planning and executing marketing and resident events
- Skill in preparing social media content and marketing materials
- Capacity for evening and overnight on-call duties
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good vision with or without correction
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Adherence to Core Spaces policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within organizational settings
- Strong integrity and respectfulness in all interactions
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Active listening and constructive feedback abilities
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Collaborative mindset and support for organizational decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Conduct all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Maintain product presentation to meet brand standards
