Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Willingness to commit to shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Capability to assist with move-ins and move-outs beyond regular hours
  • Ability to conduct community tours and follow-ups
  • Competence in planning and executing marketing and resident events
  • Skill in preparing social media content and marketing materials
  • Capacity for evening and overnight on-call duties
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Good vision with or without correction
  • Ability to drive to client locations
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Adherence to Core Spaces policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Conduct all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Handle evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Maintain product presentation to meet brand standards
