Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to conduct community tours and follow-up with prospects
  • Proficiency in using Canva for marketing materials
  • Experience posting and curating social media content
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks and assist in property operations
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Good vision with or without correction
  • Ability to maintain body equilibrium while walking or standing on various surfaces
  • Willingness to perform overnight and on-call duties
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations as needed

  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
  • Strong integrity and respect towards others and company principles
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to actively listen and provide feedback with tact
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and support team goals enthusiastically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience creating marketing content and managing social media
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and attending community events

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts consisting of at least 3 hours per shift on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond standard part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
