Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and respect in professional settings
  • Effective communication skills including writing and speaking
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
  • Valid ability to drive to and from client locations
  • Willingness to participate in outdoor marketing events involving walking and standing
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Commitment to maintaining brand standards
  • Ability to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
  • Strong integrity and respect for others and company principles
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Efficient time management with prioritization and planning skills
  • Ability to share information and collaborate to achieve objectives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience creating marketing materials using Canva

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
  • Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site at the property
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the community manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects assigned by the community manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
