Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated integrity and respect in professional settings
- Effective communication skills including writing and speaking
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, stooping, and reaching
- Valid ability to drive to and from client locations
- Willingness to participate in outdoor marketing events involving walking and standing
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards
- Ability to adapt to evolving job responsibilities and work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups
- Strong integrity and respect for others and company principles
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening and ability to provide feedback with tact
- Efficient time management with prioritization and planning skills
- Ability to share information and collaborate to achieve objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience creating marketing materials using Canva
Job Duties
- Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the community manager
- Commit to working full shifts of at least 3 hours on-site at the property
- Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
- Complete all prospect tours of the community
- Follow up with assigned prospects in a timely manner
- Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
- Curate content for social media and marketing materials
- Post to social media as directed by the community manager
- Create marketing materials using Canva
- Perform evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
- Complete special projects assigned by the community manager
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
- Ensure product presentation always meets brand and company standards
