Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Willingness to perform on-call and overnight duties
  • Ability to work at least 15 hours per week with shifts of 3 hours or more
  • Ability to create and curate marketing and social media content
  • Commitment to comply with company policies and brand standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week as determined by the Community Manager
  • Commit to working full shifts consisting of at least 3 hours per shift on-site
  • Be flexible to work additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Assist with move-outs, unit turnover, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours
  • Complete all prospect tours of the community
  • Follow up timely with assigned prospects
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events
  • Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community
  • Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community
  • Curate content for social media and marketing materials
  • Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager
  • Create marketing materials using Canva
  • Conduct evening and/or overnight on-call and rounds duties
  • Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community
  • Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces policies and procedures
  • Ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards
