Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • available to work variable hours including mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to perform light to moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform pushing, pulling, crawling, climbing, and prolonged standing
  • maintain a positive and patient attitude when dealing with the public

Job Duties

  • Oversee rental activities including opening and closing buildings
  • monitor facility uses including facility and guest safety during rentals
  • assist groups with necessary equipment and set-up
  • instruct groups on the use of equipment such as decoration, tables, chairs, and sound system
  • perform light janitorial and custodial duties
  • contact fire, police, public works, and records clerk to request assistance with emergencies
  • ensure compliance with established rules and procedures for facility use
