Job Description
APTIM serves as the Program Administrator for the Arkansas Tri-Region E-Bike Incentive Program, a collaborative regional initiative spearheaded by the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission and Metroplan. This program is designed to encourage sustainable transportation adoption by distributing over 5,844 e-bike vouchers within three key Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs): Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers AR, Fort Smith AR-OK, and Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway AR. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- experience in community engagement or program coordination
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- flexible availability during key program events
- proficiency with digital communication tools
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Identify and recruit community-based organizations to support the program
- train CBO partners to provide personalized customer assistance
- coordinate localized outreach efforts in target metropolitan areas
- manage communication between CBOs and program administrators
- oversee support during voucher selection events
- develop and administer budgets for CBO sub-consultants
- report on program progress and community engagement
