Job Duties

  • Cover the front desk during business hours
  • greet members and guests warmly
  • ensure guests sign in according to policy
  • build relationships with members
  • anticipate member and guest needs
  • maintain up-to-date building forms
  • keep front desk organized
  • notify members of deliveries
  • answer member and guest questions
  • provide event feedback and evaluate events
  • celebrate member milestones
  • create and post event materials
  • ensure event operational requirements are met
  • document member notes
  • connect members with each other
  • recommend local amenities
  • engage with members on the WeWork network
  • communicate policies and updates
  • manage music levels
  • send building broadcasts
  • receive and organize mail
  • issue posts to members
  • keep mailroom clean
  • handle unclaimed mail
  • manage courier parcels
  • investigate lost packages
  • explain mail policies
  • track and organize keys
  • manage keycard inventory
  • collect keys upon move-out
  • review emergency equipment
  • support automated coffee machine use
